To maintain your cookware in top condition, it´s best to season each piece.
Pour a few drops of cooking oil on the inside of the pan and rub in with a paper towel. Repeat this process every 3 to 4 months.

 

Special care should be taken to protect the non-stick surfaces. Use only wood, plastic or nylon utensils as damage caused by metal ones are not covered under the warranty.

 

To avoid overheating use low to medium temperature and if burning occurs always let your cookware cool before washing to avoid sudden changes in temperature & damages to the pan.

 

Although Magefesa's cookware is dishwasher safe we always recommend that hand washing with a neutral detergent will keep your pans as new as the first day. Silicon based cleansers will also help maintain the beauty and durability of the porcelain enamel exteriors.
