The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site referred to as "Better Health Product" or "site". Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions. |
Shipping: Better Health Product offers products that are brand new. We never sell used or refurbished items. We offer these new products at the lowest prices to our customers. We ship products from manufacturers or their distributors located in the US directly to you. Orders are usually shipped 1-2 business days from receiving an order, and with UPS or Fed Ex ground shipping usually will arrive within 7 days.
If in the occasional instance of the order being backordered, we will notify you as soon as we find out, in order to see if you still wish to keep the order active or are willing to wait until the backordered item will ship.
We ship to the 48 state continental United States as well as Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada. We don't ship to post office boxes, APO military addresses, or to countries overseas.
Free shipping on our products only applies to the 48 continental US states. Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada will have shipping charges added during the checkout process.
Product Warranties: Since all items are factory fresh and brand new, the manufacturer will be reponsible for all service related issues concerning their product. Most items carry a one year warranty on their products, and some are even longer than one year. All this information should be included in the product manual you receive with your order. Better Health Product offers no express or implied warranties on the products we carry.
Returns: Better Health Product only allows returns that have been authorized by us by phone. Authorized returns will be given a return number which must be clearly labeled on the UPS return label for us to accept the return. The return address will be also given you at the time of us giving out your return number. All items must be returned within 14 days of your receiving them. Items returned can only be accepted if they haven't been used, in its original box with original packing materials. Any items that have been used in anyway can't be returned.
Any authorized returns within the 14 days, will have a 10% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for shipping costs on returning the item. Returns that haven't been authorized that are sent back to us will be refused.
Exchanges: To avoid the restocking fee on any authorized return, you may exchange an item rather than receiving a refund within the 14 day time frame listed above. You will still be responsible for shipping charges for the original item sent back, after which a credit will be given you and applied to the exchange order.
Cancellations: In order to avoid cancellations, please be sure the item you order is what you really want. Cancellations can only be made for items that haven't as yet shipped. You will have to call us to cancel and we will then have to determine if the product has shipped yet. If the item hasn't shipped, you will be given a cancellation number and the order will be cancelled. If the item has shipped, our return policy above then applies. Please call us at (815) 356-9561 for all cancellation or returns. If you call when there is no live person, please leave a detailed message and a contact number where we can reach you.
Privacy statement: All of your information you give us will not ever be shared with any other sources for any other reason except to process your order. We understand the need for your confidential information to be protected. All personal information and all credit card information is protected by a secure 128 bit encryption process with Geotrust so you can feel safe shopping with us.
